Evelyn was highly recommended to me by one of her prior clients to help me leasing out a condo in Irvine. From the 1st intro conversation on the phone to the execution of the lease agreement, Evelyn has been excellent in giving her professional advice, communicating responsively and patiently, and promptly following up on any questions. Besides Evelyn’s outstanding professionalism, she went above and beyond to build the personal relationship and made me feel she genuinely cared for any need or concern that I had. She had a fun and positive attitude; I really enjoyed working with her throughout the process of leasing the condo. Without any doubt, the condo generated lots of interests with many applications, it was leased in 2 days. I have been working with many realtors either buying or leasing the properties, Evelyn is definitely the one that stands out among others. I will trust her with my future real estate needs and recommend her to my friends and family.

We had just started our search for a home in California and had the pleasure of meeting Evelyn at one of the open houses she hosted. She by far was the most professional agent we met during the various open houses we visited that day. She was the only agent who took the initiative to ask if we were looking for an agent and ask for the opportunity to be considered. Before deciding who to work with, we interviewed a number of agents to get a sense of their expertise and knowledge of the volatile SoCal market. Evelyn throughly impressed us with her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and interpersonal skills and we decided to work with her. Evelyn was always available to show us houses and give us her honest opinion on the condition of a home. She also encouraged us to look past the cosmetic, and think of affordable ways to update a home. Going to numerous showings or open houses can normally be taxing, but thanks to Evelyn's great personality we always had a great time. Although my spouse and I were working with a tricky mortgage program (funded by my employer), Evelyn constantly offered creative propositions to make our offers stand out. Her amazing interpersonal skills allow her to build great rapport with seller's agents. Even when our offers weren't accepted, Evelyn took the initiative to stay in contact with seller's agents in case the original deal didn't go through. This would put us in the position to quickly present a back up offer. We weren't the easiest buyers to work with, but she was always patient with us and willing to think of creative strategies. We always felt that she was trustworthy and had our best interest in mind. We're happy to say that thanks to Evelyn's strategies we were able to land a home at asking price and have all of our requested repairs accepted by the seller. If you're looking for a consummate professional who is patient, takes initiative, is communicative at all hours, and is a great advocate for her clients, Evelyn is your person. We highly recommend working with her!
