Rochelle is the absolute best; she worked hard to find the right offer for me very quickly, as time was a huge factor for me. Not only did she get the perfect buyer, but made it happen so smoothly I didn't have to worry about it. She held open houses very quickly, and knows how to work with buyer motivation and makes sure everyone got what they wanted out of the deal.

There are so many good things to say and write about Kyle. I will break it down by the following Key Words. Patience: We were new to the selling of a house. he walked us through every single step. Open: Real Estate is hard, sometimes you have to change what you "like" to make sure it is sellable to someone else. Kyle was very open about some easy opportunities that maximized the value of our sale. Great: Kinda sums it up, KYLE IS GREAT. Already recommended him to someone else, and yes, he sold their house too. He is our realtor, and all my friends, seriously, can't do better.

Jeff was one of the most proactive and understanding agents I have ever worked with. My wife and I were looking for a lease in Orange County, and he reached out right away. Not only did he immediately meet us at the location we were interested in (within 2 hrs of contacting us), he also showed us 2 nearby properties. Jeff arrived with an entire packet of information on all properties, gave us insight into the communities, and even brought applications and other information we could use to boost our profile for potential landlords. Jeff clearly is well educated in the areas he serves as he has been a real estate professional for many years. Our family has 3 dogs, which limits the availability of rentals, especially in the current competitive market, but Jeff worked closely with us to craft a full renter profile to put us ahead of other potential renters. While 75% of the real estate agents posting properties barely take the time to respond, Jeff goes out of his way to put his clients in a position to succeed. Thank you for all of your help!
