I have both sold and bought a home with Amy and her team. She was amazingly helpful. Even though I knew very little of the overall process, she was willing to answer all of my questions promptly. Her knowledge of the area and the market saved me money by setting the right price points. She knew exactly what needed updating and had the perfect team to get everything done quickly at a time when interest rates were rising. I highly recommend Amy and her team!

I cannot recommend Amy Sims enough. She was absolutely amazing representing me in the sale of my house. Amy really knows her stuff! Once she starts working for you in either selling or buying your house, you know you made the right choice. She keeps you well informed how the market is going, details in how your house appeal is just right for the market, and communicates with potential buyers in why your house is perfect for them. She also knows the local market for finding the dream house for you. I have bought and sold homes with her, and there is no doubt I made the right choice!
