Working with Denise Dorris in search of our new home in Palm Harbor was an absolute pleasure!!! We were impressed by her confidence and extreme knowledge of the local real estate market as we knew our search for a new home would be a challenge due to the limited number of homes on the market after Hurricane Helene. We relied heavily on Denise’s expertise of the area as we were moving from the water inland. Denise spent a significant amount of time with us creating a list of our wants and needs prior to her initial search. Denise was patient and an excellent and timely communicator. When we were prepared to make an offer on our new home, Denise was very thorough and detailed during negotiations. She worked hard to get us the best deal and was very knowledgeable during the inspection and closing process. We cannot say enough about how kind, professional and dedicated Denise was in finding us the perfect home. She went above and beyond for us and we will recommend her to everyone we know looking to have as wonderful of a home buying experience as we had with her.

Denise is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I Am so grateful that the realtor gods matched me with Denise and her assistant Carrie-they went above and beyond and really kept me sane during the very stressful home selling process in a changing market. Denise is so knowledgeable and really understands the market and how to get your home sold. Do yourself a favor and work with Denise.

Denise is an absolute Ninja! I made a very difficult beach condo purchase which was filled with many obstacles. The purchase was a real nail biter for sure. But with her local knowledge and a true master of realtors, it all worked out. If anyone can make it happen she can! There was nothing that got thrown at us that she could not fight off. Amazing!

Denise was exceptional in leading us through the process to sell our home. My husband and I depended on Denise to help us understand the process to sell since this was the first time we have sold a home. She made the process easy for us by always being reliable, informative and hard-working. Denise is extremely knowledgeable as well as kind and approachable. Denise is very responsive and an expert in her field. She has great connections that can get you through the buying or selling process. I used her painter and insurance referrals and was very satisfied with both vendors. I’ve worked with multiple realtors and she is the best of the best.
