Throughout the process, she was always quick to respond to our texts and made herself available to fit our schedule. Since we were out of town, she even handled our walkthrough for us, going above and beyond to ensure everything was in order. We live out of state and were selling our condo in Florida. I interviewed three realtors before I decided on them and was so glad I did. Vanessa’s breadth of knowledge of Pinellas County and beyond Is invaluable. More than her knowledge of the area she covers is her dedication to clients, her devotion to getting to know you and your needs, and patience to find the right house to suit you. I worked with Vanessa for quite awhile, and her guidance and patience through the process of finding the perfect home for me was so appreciated. Vanessa and her whole team have a unique ability to make you feel like you’re their only client! Vanessa squeezed time into her day to get us into last minute showings, she was willing to work remotely with us, if needed. I’ve bought/sold 5 homes in my life, but I’ve never had a realtor work as hard, nor extend such kindness as Vanessa.
