Madalyn absolutely goes above and beyond for her clients! She worked with us as we navigated what we wanted exactly, after touring multiple homes with various qualities she helped us find the one that we loved. Even through the buying process and thereafter she shows up in any way possible. Would absolutely recommend her services and grand knowledge of the market, dissecting qualities of a home, and attention to detail to anyone looking to buy or sell. Madalyn was outstanding! I gave her the requirements for properties I would be interested in, and she delivered every time. It took a few times to nail down weed out certain things that I didn't want, but those were due to changes on my part. Ultimately I found a place that I loved, and just closed on it. Madalyn showed me things that I never would have thought to look at as far as warning signs, and resale value. She wasn't in it for a quick sale, and could tell she genuinely cared about the quality and needs of the homes I was interested in. She and her whole team did a phenomenal job!

Madalyn did a spectactular and professional job helping us find our dream/retirement home! She possesses well-rounded knowledge rarely found in many realtors, (construction, architecture, remodeling, pools, lanscape, etc.) which were very helpful in our search. The Queen of Rock 'n' Roll, Tina Turner, said it best regarding Madalyn, the Queen of Realty- "You're simply the best! Better than all the rest"!
