Madalyn did a spectactular and professional job helping us find our dream/retirement home! She possesses well-rounded knowledge rarely found in many realtors, (construction, architecture, remodeling, pools, lanscape, etc.) which were very helpful in our search. Madalyn was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable of the local market, honest with her feelings about a particular home with it's pros and cons, as well as understanding what I wanted in a home. We quickly found what I was looking for and her negotiations were fair but firm, a great balance. Madalyn is not only the hardest working real estate agent I have ever dealt with but she is just overall extremely pleasant to work with. She is so knowledgeable about the Pinellas County area and knows so much about building codes for things like renovations, etc. She is an expert at communicating clearly, effectively and timely in all circumstances. Not once did I need to contact her twice, she is always on it. Want to view a home, she will make the time. Want to know if the house could be updated/expanded, she will provide honest and valuable feedback. If you are looking for a top-notch real estate agent with connections all throughout the County, this is your go-to person. I highly recommend Madalyn for all your buying and selling needs and I personally used her for both my properties.
