Madalyn was amazing at finding us our home. She displayed incredible knowledge and understanding of our wants and needs. She was patient, caring, and a tough negotiator! Because of her vast experience and home knowledge she was able to point out possible issues and pluses that we may not have noticed while looking at all the different homes. Once we settled on a property she aggressively pursued the best deal possible for us. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to have Madalyn as our agent!!

Madalyn was excellent, patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel very at ease with all my questions and knew things to ask for me as a first time home buyer. I always felt I could reach out without imposing. When she was going through a personal issue, she made sure to leave me in great hands with her agency. They were very respectful, responsive. They made sure to answer any questions, no matter how inexperienced I was in the home buying process. Never felt like I was out of the loop or that I couldn’t reach out to Madalyn, Lance or Mari who jumped in when Madalyn wasn’t able to come due to my limited availability for inspections and walk through. They were all quite keen observers and knew what to ask. Felt like I was in very capable hands through the entire process.
