We cannot recommend Stacey highly enough! From start to finish, she made our home buying experience, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. We closed on our home in December, and throughout the entire process Stacey was warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive – always quick to get back to us day or night, which made a huge difference. Stacey was extremely flexible with her schedule and consistently worked around ours. She was honest, caring, and provided thoughtful guidance every step of the way. Her decades of experience as a realtor in the area really showed – she is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, and pricing, and she worked tirelessly to help us find the right home, in the right budget, in the right neighborhood, all within a very short timeframe. She also coordinated flawlessly with all the other parties involved, including our mortgage broker, the other realtor, and the title company. The entire process felt smooth and well managed, and we always knew we were an excellent hands. Stacey took a tremendous amount of stress off of our shoulders, which is priceless during such a big life decision. We are very grateful that we chose to work with Stacey. Christian Bennett and his team (i.e. - Sallie Swinford) were amazing...they went above and beyond the call of duty to get our home sold!! He advertised aggressively and hosted many open houses in order to generate more traffic and it paid off. He was very personable and worked closely with us throughout the whole process. Given his intimate knowledge of the area, he is without a doubt, the man for the job!!
