Wow! Wendy is proof that you really need a professional when selling your home, especially in a down market. Her expertise, poise, knowledge, and positivity really helped us keep our sanity. On top of that ... she is super delightful. We felt like we were working with a partner, not just a real estate agent (which she is, a great one by the way!). We would wholeheartedly recommend Wendy to anyone selling or buying a new home.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful!! She had great knowledge of the neighborhood and the HOA Do's and don'ts as far a making changes to the property. I had many questions regarding, closing, inspections, Insurance, She helped me through each process and provided me names of contractors who could help with items that needed to be handled prior to closing. She basically did everything for me in helping with my offer to seller, and the negotiations. She followed up on the inspection, she searched for my Homeowners insurance seeking better rates. She was on top of any missing or late paper work. She basically kept me updated, sometines daily I have nothing but great praise for her. She got me exactly what I wanted and the absolute best price! She was very respectful when showing me around the club house and amenities, I noticed how she asked permission from all personnel at the club house before ever entering the pool area and respected the staff and homeowners using the facilities. I appreciated that. Thank you Ashley ??. You were wonderful to work with.

Where do I start? Nik isn't just an amazing realtor but an amazing human being. He should be the busiest realtor in FL. If you want a knowledgeable realtor that will help you in any way look no further. Nik is your guy. I can't say enough about Nik and how he helped me and my family. Truly one of those people your glad crossed your path in life.

Shawna was unbelievable to work with from the moment we started this process. As first time home buyers there were so many things we didn't know about the process, but she made the entire house hunt so easy and seamless. She listened to our needs and preferences and did a great job of finding us a house that can be our home.

Stacey was wonderful, we felt comfortable the entire time, even if we’re in Cheyenne. She is extremely professional and she knows how to calm newbies like us down which is a great characteristic. Will definitely recommend her to anybody that wants to experience a peaceful home buy. All I can say is at the end is Thank you!!!
