Jackie has helped me with 3 transactions now, a condo purchase in 2020 and subsequent sale in 2025 while purchasing a new home any the same time. She has been great to work with and helped us navigate a complicated condo sale. I was about 6 months pregnant at the time and she made sure to keep the process as seamless and stress free for us as she could while handling all the negotiations. I will definitely work with her again in the future and recommend her to anyone I know in the market!

I’m a traveling medical professional and I decided to sell my home to make life on the road a bit easier. I needed a realtor that could work with me from afar and outsource any necessary updates, repairs, inspections etc. I chose to work with Stephanie Cleason from Duncan Duo Team because their office was just down the street and I figured at some point their close proximity might come in handy. Which ultimately proved true when my electronic lock failed one day and I needed them to let me in. My house was in pretty good shape and but my title situation was not. Stephanie was able to coordinate minor repairs with local contractors and also get me in touch with an affordable lawyer to help settle my title issues. Overall my experience with the Duncan Duo was great and I’d be happy to recommend them to others.

Buying my very first home was one of the biggest moments of my life, and I could not have asked for a better realtor than Patrice. We were very blessed and fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Patrice Walke and team to purchase our new home on lake Keystone. She was extremely professional, friendly and provided top-notch customer service. She is a great asset to have on your side as she provides quality insight, guidance, and a willingness to walk alongside of you when dealing with third party contractors etc. She always made herself available, either by phone or in person for any of our needs or questions.
