I’m a traveling medical professional and I decided to sell my home to make life on the road a bit easier. I needed a realtor that could work with me from afar and outsource any necessary updates, repairs, inspections etc. I chose to work with Stephanie Cleason from Duncan Duo Team because their office was just down the street and I figured at some point their close proximity might come in handy. Which ultimately proved true when my electronic lock failed one day and I needed them to let me in. My house was in pretty good shape and but my title situation was not. Stephanie was able to coordinate minor repairs with local contractors and also get me in touch with an affordable lawyer to help settle my title issues. Overall my experience with the Duncan Duo was great and I’d be happy to recommend them to others.

Buying my very first home was one of the biggest moments of my life, and I could not have asked for a better realtor than Patrice. From the very beginning, she treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She didn’t just help me find a house—she helped me find my home. A process I had no knowledge of and learned I didn’t need that knowledge. That’s what my team was there for and I couldn’t be more grateful. Patrice walked me through every single step, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable along the way. No question was ever too small. She celebrated the milestones with me, reassured me when I was stressed, and truly went above and beyond to make this dream a reality. Chelsea was a huge support in the process working diligently together in the background and together they made such an incredible team. I felt cared for, listened to, and guided the entire time. This was such an emotional and meaningful journey for me, and I am forever grateful to Patrice and Chelsea for helping me achieve something I’ve worked so hard for. We were very blessed and fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Patrice Walke and team to purchase our new home on lake Keystone. She was extremely professional, friendly and provided top-notch customer service. She is a great asset to have on your side as she provides quality insight, guidance, and a willingness to walk alongside of you when dealing with third party contractors etc. She always made herself available, either by phone or in person for any of our needs or questions. I would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking to purchase or sell a property. She is a Tampa born native, who knows the area very well and will not disappoint if given the opportunity to walk alongside, you.

Sandy Chouhan was our agent for a recent home purchase and she was fantastic! We were under extremely tight deadlines to close on a new construction home and she was such a great advocate for us.
