Truly a 5 star experience in every way! Dave and Karen Moya and their team knocked it out of the park as we prepped and later sold our townhouse and then worked hard to find our dream home. They took what can be a very stressful period and made it an experience that we will always remember in a positive way. Dave's knowledge of the real estate industry is simply unmatched and I highly recommend anyone looking to sell or purchase in the DMV area to contact Three Stones Residential immediately! The experience was really very painless, and I had very little to do. Dave had great suggestions, and I did not need to worry at all as I trusted everything would be seamless. Their team is proactive and quick, and they were very mindful of timeliness and my schedule. I would 100% use them again!

Dave is highly knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Northern Virginia area. He helped us get our dream house in 2013. Last year when it was time for us to move into the custom dream house for the next phase of our lives, the first call we made was to Dave. He helped us sell our old house within 3 weeks. Got us a very generous rentback. He worked with us for over 9 months during the construction of our new custom house. He was there throughout the process helping us make the best decisions in selecting design, furnishes, etc. and represented us extremely well in our conversations with the builders. He is very patient and answers all our questions with all the details.
