Seth did a great job helping us sell our house. He conducted multiple open houses in a short time span. The people that bought our house initially went through during one of those open houses. He had a great game plan, he helped keep an eye on our property as we had already moved out of town, and he always always responsive to our needs! Great to work with!

We had a wonderful experience house-hunting with Seth! He understood what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We're new to the Indy area and it was super helpful to work with someone so familiar with the city. We're also first-time homebuyers, and he helped us understand the entire process.
