Bill Prather did an excellent job selling our home and buying a new home. Billy went above and beyond to help us sell our home and buy our new home. Chris did an amazing job in both purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at assessing and setting value, marketing and staging our home, and negotiating throughout the purchase agreement, inspection items, and even follow up with key vendors required to remediate inspection items. Chris and his team are the best!

Chris and Nikki have truly been outstanding in selling and then closing on my 4 bedroom house in Plainfield, Indiana. We got $10,000 above asking price and I thought the asking price was a little on the high side ! Chris was superb in recommending what renovations would get me the best return on investment and he also helped in choosing things like light fixtures. The buyer’s home inspection showed some things I had to get done and Chris was very good during my absence from Indiana in following up and getting things done. Great service, with a low key supportive demeanor. Highly recommended to any and all. Thank you Chris and Nikki.
