John was amazing through the whole process. I knew nothing and he walked me through step by step and was there day and night if i had any questions. He went above and beyond. He negotiated a new roof for my house and he had all the contacts from contractors to inspectors. John made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future If i ever sell. I really appreciate everything and cant thank him enough.

John did a phenomenal job! I appreciate him the most because I told him upfront that I wanted him to talk to me so that can understand everything due to me being a first time home owner and he did just that from the beginning until closing. He is so knowledgeable in what he does! He also wants his clients to have the best experience finding their new home such as I did. I would definitely recommend John he will not disappoint you at all.
