I got connected with Katie randomly through Zillow and it turned out to be the best thing ever. She showed me a house that ended up getting sold a few hours after we toured it. She kept checking in on me periodically. She’s not overbearing but extremely communicative. Katie told me she loves real estate and you can tell it’s true! She loves her job. She is so informative. So helpful. So patient and caring. She took time to listen and gave great advice. There is absolutely no pushy sales tactics. I was literally ready to give up on my search but remembered how kind Katie had been. She bought me a coffee and turned this whole process around for me. I walked out feeling amazing about my homebuying process. I really can’t reccomend her enough.

Katie is the best realtor we have had the privilege of working with while looking for a home. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and available to answer any questions. John was amazing through the whole process. I knew nothing and he walked me through step by step and was there day and night if i had any questions. He went above and beyond. He negotiated a new roof for my house and he had all the contacts from contractors to inspectors. John made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future If i ever sell. I really appreciate everything and cant thank him enough.
