Art was all we could have asked for and more in a realtor. It took us about 5 months to find then close on the house, so even as the doubts began to pile up for my wife and I, Art was unwavering in his support and honest with his advice. Even after helping us find the perfect house, Art was right there by our side all the way through closing. During the closing meeting where we had to sign a thousand documents, it was very reassuring to have Art in our corner. For anyone who needs a realtor, if you can get Art, you'll be off to a terrific start!

Art (and his lovely wife/assistance, Fran) did an amazing job guiding me through the sales process, offering great advice about staging and preparing the home to maxamize the final sale price. We ultimately closed with a great offer well above asking. Thank you both for all you did for me!

Art was great to work with when we bought our home. We were moving from out of state and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and provided the extra steps we needed to do so successfully!
