Tein with the Digital Realty Team was able to sell my family's home promptly. Though we had some issues pop up on the buyer side, the team kept us updated throughout the entire transaction and I never felt left in the dark. Ultimately we were able to sell to a cash buyer AS-IS. They even went above and beyond and helped get remote closing set up since our title company was not able to. Tein was very patience with me as I was not closed to the area where the home was sold and helped me as much as he could. He is very professional and attentive. Tein went above and beyond in my book. He found me this great deal and ran comps to make sure we had a solid exit strategy. Went over the repair estimates to make sure numbers worked and his contractors came out very quickly to help us solidify the numbers. Definitely will be buying and selling with him again.
