20 STARS! I cannot recommend Karen Adcock and Company with Keller Williams Town Center highly enough! My husband and I first bought our home from Karen as the Site Manager for West Neck when they were developing the community back in the early 2000’s. From start to finish at that time, she exceeded all expectations and made the entire home buying process a breeze. When it came time to sell our property in 2023, we called Karen to help us. They went over and above with the all the assistance that was needed to have our home ready to list and the perfect market price. Her knowledge of the local market is unparalleled, and their ability to negotiate ensured that I got the best deal possible. We conduct real estate transactions at least once a year and we had one of our best real estate experiences in the past 15 years working with Karen. I strongly recommend anyone that is purchasing or selling in this market to work with Karen and her team. From the detailed market analysis, to the marketing of our property and the successful contract negotiation above asking price, Karen and Ryan provided an exceptional experience. Karen treats each of her clients as if they are her top priority and works tirelessly throughout the entire process. Her candor and transparency makes her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry that much more valuable. There was not a single question that Karen and Ryan were unable to answer. Karen was wonderful to work with during our selling and buying process. She is very knowledgeable and has great resources when preparing your house to be sold. She also hires the best inspector in VB. He was very detailed and really took his time inspecting the house we purchased. She also helped us secure an amazing loan with great rates! We would definitely work with Karen and her team again.
