Courtney was an amazing realtor for our family. We're a military family that moved to Norfolk in 2022, and together with Courtney made offers on several homes for about a year. Unfortunately the market then was insanely competitive to the point where our offers made over asking price were still always beat. Through that process, Courtney was always attentive, positive, and constantly searching for options for us. She was tuned into our needs, and we ended up looking at a lot of great houses. I felt like every home she had us look at was a strong contender and showed she was listening to what we were looking for. Throughout the process, she was still as energetic and positive as the day we started. Once we finally made a decision to rent during our time in the area instead, Courtney still kept in touch and invited us to holiday events and such, no differently than if we were a client that'd made a sale. It was always a joy to hear from her and have another house to check out together.

Exceptional does not even begin to explain our experience with Oxana. She goes above and beyond. She was very focused, knowledgable, and forthcoming about any questions or concerns my husband and I had and expertly guided us after taking the time to listen to our wants and needs for our first home.I was only in town for about 3.5 days and we were ambitious. This beautiful lady helped us see 16 houses in 2 days; less than that if we count the actual minutes. She had our schedule and route planned out perfectly. And we found our house in 16th one we saw. She guided us every step of the way; let us know what to expect; continually update us throughout escrow. Most importantly, our bed frame was delivered to our door while neither I nor my husband were home for a few days so it was sitting outside. Oxana wholeheartedly chose to help us! She drove and sat in the excruciating traffic to ensure our delivery was not stolen and put it inside our home. She recognized that we don’t have or know anyone yet and this really blew my mind; We appreciate her so much for everything she’s done for us. We can’t thank her enough. We’ll definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

Aisy is AMAZING!! She is so personal and thoughtful and not about her $ but about helping her client find their dream home at a fair price. She is so patient As was demonstrated by our experience with her. We moved from one location to another, and from one Haus style to another and Aisy took it all in stride. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
