As first time home buyers buying your first home can be overwhelming. Janet's expertise in the market and willingness to help made the process comfortable and exciting! There was never a time we weren't able to get in contact with her which was huge in making the process smooth and getting answers quickly. Scheduling tours for the houses we looked at was seamless and worry free. We sold our townhome at 2445 Dillingham Road, Virginia Beach, VA with Taylor Bishop as our listing agent. We couldn't be happier with the experience! Taylor's negotiation skills were truly impressive. He secured an offer several thousand dollars above asking price! During the inspection process, the buyer made a lot of repair requests. Taylor expertly navigated the situation by proposing a credit instead, saving us both time and hassle. We didn't have to deal with getting numerous quotes and coordinating contractors. Taylor's hard work and dedication throughout the selling process were outstanding. We highly recommend him to any seller in the Virginia Beach area!

Michele Salyer is amazing ??!! She always went over and beyond what she was supposed to do and kept us informed along the way. No matter the time, if we had questions we were able to contact her with our concerns. She made the first time home buying process manageable and tolerable. She was able to put us in our dream home quicker than expected ??!!! We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home whether it be the first time or the 19th time.

Absolutely love Annabelle, my husband and I started looking while he was deployed and she was super sweet, patient, and understanding. She’d answer anytime of the day, I mean I’d call her at night, around the holidays, and text her through out the day and she’d answer any and all my question. Definitely will have her help us in the future if we’re in the area.
