Joni is a great buyer’s agent, she’s a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, knows the area well and is well rounded in her field. She explained the process, answered questions and made us feel so very special during the process. We wanted to get out of the cold and the 31 below zero winters of northern New York. We had a long list of things we wanted in a home and the location of the home. We wanted a ranch home between 1800 – 2200 square feet, 3 bedrooms 2 ½ bathrooms, fire place, fair size backyard, covered front and back porch. This community should be new and have a pool and playground and lastly not more than 30 minutes from the airport. During the years working with Joni, it was a pleasure we didn’t feel rushed or a burden to her. Living in NY and burying a house in NC was quite a distance but Joni took a lot of the strain and stress out of our lives, as well as the process because she knew exactly what we were looking for in a house as well as the area. She would FaceTime us at the site while the home was being built so we could see how the build was going. We couldn’t have asked for a better buyer's agent; Joni is great and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. The fact that this was the first time that we were buying a new build home her knowledge and experience really helped us.

Paul is an outstanding agent with great knowledge of the industry and market. He was extremely easy to work with and was transparent throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend him to any buyer/seller looking for a local agent.

Let me start by saying that my fiance and I were first time home buyers and obviously had a BILLION questions. When beginning our home buying journey, we "interviewed" several real estate agents to work with us. After a brief sit down with Paul, he was the easy choice. While house hunting Paul was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns and never made us feel as if we should know the answers. Paul quickly caught on to the type of home that we were looking for and did a great job of tailoring his showings accordingly. While we were searching for our dream home, Paul was extremely responsive in scheduling showings and making himself available even on very short notice. Paul was also able to recommend a lender, closing attorney, home warranty, inspection company, etc., all which were great to work with as well. When we finally found our dream house, Paul went to work for us and handled all the negotiations while being consultative with our every need/want along the way. Even after we went under contract, Paul still stayed engaged in every step and made sure we were well informed of action items and next steps. Moral of the story is, I can't say enough good things about Paul's professionalism, engagement, and approach! He was an absolute joy to work during every step of the process. We would highly recommend Paul to either a first time buyer or an experienced one. If we ever decide to sell our home and search for another, I know who we're going to call!

Joni was amazing in helping us get into our new house. I came down on a weekend with a huge list of houses to see. She made it a breeze getting into everyone and helping me with the offer when we found the one we loved! The whole way through the offer, she helped me with the decision making--expertly guiding me along. Her team helped us with the inspections, and all the follow ups, the paperwork, everything! I would do it again in a second! Thank you!!
