Where do I begin .. Michelle Kleven made finding our dream home seamless (even when we brought all the kids to showings). Her bubbly personality was easy to connect with and we immediately knew that she was going to do whatever it took to get us not only a great deal but find the perfect home! Michelle also worked with us to sell our existing home. She provided realistic expectations and easy items to fix/change to get us the most for our home. We listed our home on Friday and it was sold by Saturday! We were over the moon with the final sale price and the overall ease of the showing process. Overall - if you are looking for an Agent to work with on buying, selling or both (like us!) I would recommend Michelle and the Stone Realty Group again and again!

I have worked with Elijah Sommers (Eli) on securing multiple properties. Even though I was out of state, this never became a challenge as Eli stepped in, right from doing virtual walk-throughs to following up and getting timely answers to the various questions I had, all the way to helping through closing on the property. He coordinated with all parties involved and take took off a lot of work on my end. He is the ideal real estate agent you can ask for, and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to help you out on your property search. I must also say that the closing team at Stone Realty group has also been awesome, and I have had no issues at all in any of the dealings I have had with them so far. Highly recommend!

Jasmine was great to work with from start to finish. She consistently provided new listings that matched our criteria and kept us informed about the market. Throughout our many home tours, she never pressured us to buy, always assuring us that we would know when we found the right home. She was right—We ultimately purchased a new construction home and secured substantial seller concessions that covered our closing costs and an interest rate buy-down, saving us thousands on our mortgage each year. I highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking to purchase in the Charlotte metro area and have already referred a friend to her.

Josh Stone and the entire Stone realty group were an absolute delight to work with throughout the home buying & selling process. Josh was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer questions. He also has a wealth of connections throughout the industry which helped alleviate many of my concerns while closing on a home. I highly recommend!
