Michelle was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and quick in taking action when we were ready to move forward. She is very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions best for us while navigating the many different aspects of home closing and lender selection. Moreover, she was invaluable during our inspection and closing process. She helped us negotiate everything we asked more. Most importantly, she is a pleasure to work, truly cares for her clients, and always has your best interest in mind.

Abby was an absolute joy to work with. I could not have asked for a better realtor or person to partner with and ride this roller coaster of selling a home. She was a delight from the first time we met and we instantly clicked which is rare. She was incredibly responsive and attentive. She kept me up to date on each step and would text or email so that I would be aware and in the know as well. She is extremely knowledgeable, assertive, and confident which I love. She had my best interest at heart through the whole process which meant a lot to me. The property description that she wrote was perfect and brought a tear to my eye when I first read it as it was so good. She sent an email blast out when my house went on the market and within two hours I had four viewings scheduled for the next day. My house then sold that next day. I know that is not typical but that just goes to show how engaged and ready she is when it is your time. I will be recommending Abby to anyone I know in the greater Charlotte area that is selling or looking to buy as I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Abby for everything!
