Don’t know where to start with working with Gabe! If you’re looking for a broker realtor who is on time to properties, highly educated in buying and selling, guides you through the entire process even if it’s overwhelming, keeping you informed day and night, most importantly, fighting for you to win in savings, waste no time contacting Gabe. What I loved the most is that he truly cares, he will fight for you till the end day and night and if sellers are not responding on time, he will find you an even better home. I highly recommend Gabe and you will be happy you chose him.

Jasmine Weaver was excellent to work with in the sale of her first home. In a weird market she was able to get us a closer deal with no seller concessions were under contract in under three weeks with no home warranty given and no transaction complications with a seamless process. To top it all off she negotiated for best deal that allowed us to close quickly. 10/10 recommend working with Jasmine!

I connected with Gabe through a Zillow showing request. He was very responsive and eager to help! Gabe listened to what we wanted and made the buying experience extremely smooth! I would recommend Gabe to everyone I come in to contact with. He uses old school knowledge with new technology, for example he was able to explain the details of the NC contract in a quick video. I have 10 years of experience in real estate as a realtor and closing coordinator. I give Gabe my biggest stamp of approval!!!! Don't hesitate, just go with Gabe!
