Melanie was great to work with and was a trusted partner through the home buying experience. She was always available to take us to see homes and helpful in making sure we saw new properties that fit our needs as they became available. My wife and I were new to the whole home-buying process, and honestly, it was nerve-wracking. We were pretty picky about what we wanted, and where we wanted our dream house to be. Let me tell you, Jeremy Peet was simply the best! Never pushed us to settle, was incredibly patient, and just an all-around great guy. If you’re looking to buy in Charlotte, Jeremy knows the market like the back of his hand. He also has an amazing sense of how much a house is worth. We learned that the hard way - went against his suggestions on a couple of bids and ended up losing out when his predicted bids turned out to be spot on. One of the highlights of our journey was doing house visits with Jeremy. He’s got an eagle eye for the good, the bad, and the deal breakers. He was always straightforward with us - wanted to make sure we’d end up with the right house. The whole process can be super confusing, but Jeremy was always at the end of a phone call or text to answer our questions. He even stepped outside his job role many times to help us, making him feel more like a friend than an agent. Oh, and remember when I said he’s good with bids? That extends to negotiating too! Vann was outstanding! Very personable and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his responsiveness, patience, and availability! He checked out every detail of the houses we looked at and pointed out the good, the bad, and the ugly! There were things I would not have noticed but were really important.
