We give him a million stars.... As first-time homebuyers, we were incredibly nervous about the process, but Seth Taylor made it a breeze. From our first meeting, he took the time to explain every step in plain English and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What impressed us most was his patience and honesty. He took the time to plan property tours in a way to accommodate our busy schedules. He actually pointed out structural red flags in homes that we would have missed. When we finally found 'the one,' Seth guided us through every step of the way and secured the house under our budget. During the whole process he took the time to go over every contract as many times as we needed to fully understand what we were signing. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to have in our corner. We will always use Seth and we recommend him to everyone we know. Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is an NC native with tons of knowledge on the best neighborhoods and all the pros/cons.
