Jeremy was very helpful during all phases of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Highly recommend!! He helped us stage one house and properly negotiate the selling prices and purchase prices. Collin was personable and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what to do but he made sure we were comfortable and got us a great deal. His background in construction was helpful and he was able to give us feedback about each house we looked at. When we finally made an offer, he gave us advice and negotiated a great price and concessions. Thanks!
