This was our second sale with Shannon and it couldn’t have been better, even with innumerable problems and delays along the way from contractors before meeting with her, she is always so positive and straightforward and never loses contact with you when you need her. Don’t know if there will be a third time, but if there is, she’s our only agent for life.

I've bought and sold a couple houses now and have worked with different realtors. Shannon has been by far the absolute best (and I'm very picky and hard to please!). This time, I was selling. Shannon was timely, professional, organized, easy to reach, kind, and understanding throughout the whole experience. She took the initiative to keep me updated on everything rather than me having to ask for updates. Our approach and strategy ended up getting my house sold very quickly and at a great price!
