Her communication was prompt, clear, and consistent throughout the entire process, and she always made herself available whenever we had questions or needed updates. I had a disappointing experience with Alexis Morgan Huon DRE#02252230 this agent while viewing a property. Communication was extremely poor I had to call seven times just to get updates about the house, which should not be necessary when working with a real estate professional. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with how she behaved around my husband during the showing, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism made the experience stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this agent.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Sean was throughout the process of selling our last California property. We had literally been through three other realtors and three years of listing our property without a single viewing. Then we found Sean. He sold the property in one season and was a pleasure to work with even though this closing had a ton of frustrations along the way. Sean is extremely responsive. He is kind and patient. Wish there were more realtors like him in CA. Wish we would have found him a lot sooner, although I think he was the perfect realtor to sell a property that seemed impossible to sale. Thanks Sean.

Very professional and he has a great support team. Sean created a lovely two-page color glossy brochure describing home specs and options. Typically, slots contain a Single sheet photo copied piece. Additionally, if the property had not sold quickly, he had already scheduled additional ads in luxury publications along with a second open house on Saturday and Sunday. We would be confident in recommending Sean and his staff to anyone looking for confident and reputable representation for their property.

Sean came highly recommended to us as a real estate badass. He has expert knowledge of the local area and real estate in general. Sean was able to hook us up with an off-market deal and supported us through the entire process. If I plan to buy or sell in the Sacramento area again, I know who to call!
