Parm's team is an absolute home run for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Sacramento area!  10/10 - even/especially if you are moving long-distance.   We chose to work with Parm and her team after talking with several agents and appreciating Parm's exceptional knowledge, communication, and follow up. We had a long distance move from rural upstate NY to Folsom, CA.   She generously spent a lot of time coaching us through the process of buying in California and helped us develop a personalized timeline in addition to a plan for shopping for a mortgage and insurance.  She checked in with us weekly at first to help us refine our home search.  My husband and I have said often that Parm always knew what we wanted before we did!  Her market insights were invaluable throughout the process and spot on. Once our timeline lined up with seeing homes in person, we started working closely with one of Parm's team members, Julian.  Julian deserves the Gold Medal for realtors.  He was on-call for us whenever we needed him, and like Parm, was thorough, organized, detail- oriented and also just a really nice guy to work with.  Julian helped us craft strong offers in a competitive market.  Ultimately, his instinct and market knowledge helped us beat out 2 other prospective buyers for our home.   After we were in contract, he went into full gear lining up inspections and helping us secure money back from the sellers from our inspection contingency. He also went out of his way to make multiple calls to our NY selling agent to help push through our close in NY so we would not have any issues closing in CA.  After every conversation we had, Julian would send a recap group text to myself, my husband, and Parm so we all stayed in the loop throughout the process.  He even generously attended our walk through before close and helped our flooring contractors access our house at that time since we could not be there in person.   We couldn't have asked for a smoother, hassle free process.   Long distance moves are tough, but Parm and Julian equipped us with the knowledge we needed to make good decisions and provided us outstanding customer service along the way.   There was never so much as a crossed wire or delay in communication with them.   They deserve every penny of commission that they get from our transaction.   If we move again down the road, we will 100% be seeking out Parm and Julian!

A HUGE thank you to Jordan Mortimer from the Parm Atwal Real Estate Team for helping my fiancé and me buy our dream home! When we started our home buying journey in early January, we met Jordan at one of his open houses. Our first impressions of him were how kind, welcoming, and professional he was. After explaining to him our situation—selling our condo in the Bay Area to move to Sacramento—he helped us find an amazing real estate agent for the selling process while he represented us in the buying process in Sacramento. Jordan went above and beyond by showing us many homes and understanding what we were looking for. He made sure we understood each step of the home buying process and answered any questions we had along the way. When we were under contract for the home, he ensured all necessary contingencies were in place to protect us throughout the escrow process. Also negotiating on our behalf to get funds for some needed repairs. One of my favorite parts of working with Jordan was his recommendations for lenders, contractors, and inspection companies, along with his overall knowledge of what to look for and look out for when viewing homes. It was such a pleasure working with Jordan, and I plan to recommend him to all my family and friends who are looking to buy a home in the Sacramento area!

Jordan helped me find my first house. He made the entire very scary process enjoyable and has continued helping me ever since. He is practically family to us now. Wouldn’t know what I would have done without him! Couldn’t recommend anymore more!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Julian from the Parm Atwal Real Estate Team while buying a house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
