Parm and her team have EARNED this five star review. They are great at communicating and keeping you informed every step of the way. My family and I have no real estate knowledge and she eased our worries every step of the way. Easy to get a hold of and all your questions/concerns will be put to rest. Not to mention, kind and respectful. Will be using them anytime we have real estate needs. I wouldn’t waste your time searching elsewhere, they work professionally, efficiently and are incredibly capable and knowledgeable. We’re very grateful to have found them. Julian was a pleasure to work with throughout this process. He was always courteous and communicative, preemptively reaching out so that I was always in the loop without having to chase down updates. He also has a strong network of professionals that are easy to work with and are very knowledgeable. If Julian isn’t the person for the task, then he knows the person for the task. He is a great listener and takes a kind and personal approach with his clients. I will absolutely call on him again for any real estate needs or questions. I’m very grateful for the work and support of Parm Atwal and the Team at Keller Williams. My property was built in 1968, and had a number of issues to address to get it ready for the market. Parm helped me work through the repairs using some contractors of my choice, as well as providing others to keep it looking good throughout the sales process. She provided wonderful support during the negotiations with the buyers agent, and the home sold very quickly.
