Noah went above and beyond to sell my home to a first time buyer. Noah did a great job alleviating their apprehension and finding money savings for the buyer that would have quashed the deal. I would use Noah again and refer him in the future.

We started talking to Noah when we were rehabbing the home for sale. We interviewed 5 different agents. He gave us his opinion of how much work it would need and potential selling price upon completion. After we finished the rehab, we signed with Noah to sell the property. Noah gave us his recommendation on the price and shared his marketing plan. We accepted both. We got an offer right away and Noah guided us through the process including negotiating through a request for repairs from the buyers. The buyer's agent was not very responsive, and this made thing difficult at times, but he stayed calm and navigated us through to closing. He told us what to expect in a buyer's market and things turned out, pretty much as he explained. I think that we benefited from his experience, knowledge of the local market and his connections on the buy and sell side. His experience and connection with construction and business partners also helped. We were very happy with Noah and we certainly made the right decision to hire him as our agent.

Noah was great to work with. He was very professional throuhout the process. When I needed something he was quick to respond. good agents are an asset in this market and Noah definitely is one. I highly recommend using him to buy or sell.

Our family was looking to relocate from the Bay Area to Sacramento. My wife was at an open house and met Kris with one of his clients. We were interviewing a few agents at the time but decided to go with Kris. We were undecided between El Dorado Hills, Roseville and Rocklin. Living 2 hours away, Kris dedicated one day to us to look at houses and get acquainted with the community we were interested in. He would email us listing we might be interested in and narrowed down to 10-15 homes to view on a Saturday or Sunday. During the tours, Kris gave us insight into the community, schools, and traffic conditions. This went on for a few weeks until we decided Rocklin is the city we want to relocate to. Kris continued to dedicate a Saturday or Sunday showing us 10 to 15 homes. This went on for 2 months until we decided on a home in the Whitney Ranch Community. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for an agent in the Greater Sacramento area. He kept us updated via email on homes we might be interested in and responded to our email, voicemail, and text in the timely manner. Kris is highly knowledgeable in the surrounding community and will work hard to find your dream home.

Noah did an excellent job selling my home. He was great to work with. Everything went smoothly, he made entire process very easy and straightforward. Excellent communication and customer service!
