An amazing realtor with an amazing team, they went above and beyond. The way she reads situations is beyond comprehension! I purchased a home that Roxanne flipped and she failed to disclose multiple changes in the home. Most importantly she did not disclose or pull permits to move the hot water heater. She moved it without hooking up a ground and after buying the home the plumbing was shocking me!! She was rude and unprofessional. I had to threaten to sue before she cared that she could have killed me! Avoid at all costs.

Roxanne and Patricia and the rest of the team are awesome! We contacted Roxanne needing to sell my mom's house several months ago, and she took charge and didn't stop until we closed escrow.
