Rorik just helped my wife and I through the whole process from helping find places, to making the arrangements to view places we already picked out. He was very responsive and did a mix of both in person and virtual tours of places to help us buy a wonderful home in the area. He also made great recommendations for people to help connect us with along the way which could help with insurance, handyman stuff, etc. And was very accomodating to us while we had to travel from SC to VA several times. Ultimately, I would absolutely recommend him as an agent and if i ever have need for an agent in the future, he will be the first I go to.

Rorik was kind, smart, fun to work with and was tenacious in looking for homes for us that met our wishlist. When we found our wonderful new home he was instrumental in helping us negotiate an excellent deal and walking us through inspections and closing in an efficient and smooth process. His experience in the field shone through as we went through this process. We were so grateful to have him leading our team. We love our new home !

Rorik was an amazing realtor to work with from the day we met him. He was very responsive and helpful with our search and provided excellent local guidance for us. We were moving to town from Georgia so his guidance was extremely helpful. He was never pushy about any specific property and gave us time to make the right decision for us. He definitely felt like a teammate. His whole team was responsive to our questions and needs.
