I cannot say enough great things about Kim! She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home buying process in Virginia. Moving to a new state without knowing anyone can be overwhelming, but Kim made the transition smooth and stress-free. She answered every question I had—sometimes even before I knew I needed to ask it! And if she didn’t have an immediate answer, she would research it and respond within minutes. Her dedication, knowledge, and constant support truly went above and beyond. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her. If you’re buying a home in VA, Kim is the realtor you want by your side.

After being in the market for 6 months, we didn’t think that we could have faith and trust that another realtor… Until Cheyenne and Taylor’s presentation gave us hope and how the right marketing can bring serious buyers. They immediately started numerous open houses and then the showings started again…. that at times we felt as though we had been out for days. We received a serious offer in 10 days! Not only were they professional… impressively knowledgeable, patience, down-to-earth and genuinely caring…always reassuring, positive and very attentive. No matter how many texts and/or calls I made…they were very welcoming. Their team…Jennifer, Alyssa and the rest of the team were just as patient, professional and attentive. Cheyenne and Taylor truly put their hearts into selling our home. They restored our “faith” and “trust”….truly genuine humans being…that “God” sent to us!

We had a great experience working with Kathleen. Not only was it our first time buying a home in the Virginia Beach area, it was also our first time purchasing a property virtually! Kathleen was knowledgeable, reliable and also provided professional guidance when submitting our offers. She played a key role in representing us well to sellers given that we were not physically there. Because of her we are blessed to say that we now have a lovely home in the highly coveted Ocean Lakes area. We absolutely could have not done it without her!

Megan and her team are the best! They helped us buy our first home and then eventually sell it. Not only were they knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of home buying and selling, but they knew they area so well and really just made us feel confident in putting our trust in them to help us through this process.
