We had a seamless sale, with 3 offers and a higher price than we expected. Robert managed the entire process, brought together his team, and made it so easy for us. Robert is the best real estate agent you can ask for. He always makes time for his customers, extremely responsive to your phone calls and emails, and the most patient agent I have seen. He does everything he can to make sure you find what suits you the best and never pushes you towards decisions you are not comfortable with. On every house he does an in depth analysis of all the costs and benefits and provides his accurate estimate of the value but leaves the final decision to you and he will support you regardless of that decision. We had a great experience working with him in our last purchase and will not look anywhere else if there is another opportunity in the future.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and working with Robert was the best decision we made in this entire process. We've heard horror stories from close friends and family about buying homes but this was the exact opposite. Robert was paid close attention to our needs and was flexible with our schedule during the week and on the weekends. He was very well informed about the local market, other buyers and quality of workmanship in some of the homes we visited. He didn't have ALL of the answers but he definitely knew where to find them FAST. Finding the right home is hard and it requires effort from both parties (buyer & agent). Closing on a home is much harder and requires a really good agent.. Fortunately, Robert was on our side and knew exactly what to do and how to handle every issue we encountered. He was calm, cool. and collected which made us feel much more confident in our approach. Hats off to the entire Sotheby's team for making this happen for us. We will definitely be working with them again.

I have only had a few months looking for houses so I'm new to all this(my mother just passed away and I inherited some money). Robert calls me back faster than 911 when I have a question and then he answers the question like he has read the book on it. He is intelligent, funny in his own way, and very good at communication with the other agents while reading in between the lines so he can give you his most professional educated understanding on that piece of property your interested in. Its probably the biggest decision you will make in your life financially and there wouldn't be anyone else I would trust more to help me through it.
