We are very happy to know Ms Krinks as our realtor. She was very professional, detail oriented, graceful and has very good taste in staging our home for sale. We highly recommend MS Krinks to sellers and buyura. We did make a Corvette pricing which initially sermedim above the last 3 months sales but We were right and don’t get discouraged by past sales figures in your territory which is not always representative. We had to do a relatively fast sale,Rose was extremely helpful, her response time to any of our needs was superb. She was essential in making our house great in a very short period of time. I felt she went above our expectations, making a long distance translation seem seamless. We got top $ for our home! I would recommend her to anyone that needs a home or needs to sell. Top qualities: great listening and negotiating skills! She also went beyond and helped with our last minutes details as we moved out of time. We felt confident she would do the best job and she did! Rose is one of the best real estate agents we had the pleasure to work with. She is personable, dedicated, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I think the key thing about Rose is that she communicates so well! We have dealt with other real estate agents and the key differentiator is the great communication. We always felt like we were in the loop, whenever we asked her a question, she was quick to respond, and whenever we needed to meet, she made herself available. Overall, we felt taken care of and we were really grateful for the service we got with Rose. She really did partner with us and for that we were thankful.

I called Rose last fall about helping me buy investment property in Alameda as an inquiry. When I met with her she had a full blown professionally bound report on properties, past sold properties, market reports, rental rates, costs, ROI scenarios, cap rates, and terms that I didn’t even understand. She explained everything to me in detail and I had many questions in the weeks following which she addressed promptly. I just love that she answers her phone. I knew it was a hard market to buy into and she confirmed that fact in great detail. She explained I have to be mentally prepared for this market. She said as an investor, I would have to get to know these prospective properties, learn to love them, and just go for it. I knew I would have to pay over and above listing price for a home in my choice of location. I loved her no nonsense approach and energy and we went house hunting. When she shows property, she picks you up. At least for me she did. After experiencing a rejected offer, we wrote on another home. I got an accepted offer on an Alameda home!! This really blew my mind. The offer was less than asking price and section 1 pest estimate was to be clear at close of escrow. We also had a short inspection period in the offer which Rose told me was highly uncommon in today’s market. The seller accepted! Unfortunately, inspector found some things that I wouldn’t be happy with. Rose negotiated a credit at closing from the seller. I really got the deal of the century. Rose’s talent in negotiating offers is unbelievable. After closing, Rose became my project manager and helped me with coordinating the repairs I wanted for the property. She even picked out a refrigerator for me. She also connected me with a good property management company. I still call her often and she’s always happy to take the time to explain things to me. Rose’s service is unmatched and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience I’ve had with her and way she has represented me. She’s a winner.
