I cant say enough good things about my experience with Mark Poyer. Originally i had signed up with another realtor and after 3 months of no progress, i had all just about given up on selling my home this year. After letting the other agent go, I was assaulted by realtors from all over the state trying to get my attention. Somehow, Mark was able to make it through all my call blocking and I am glad he did. After explaining all the things that went wrong with the last agent, Mark said he would do everything (and pay for anything he thought needed to be done) all I had to do is sit back and wait for the good news. Now i know a lot of realtors like talking the talk, anything to get you onboard and after the last experience more than a little pessimistic, but Mark actually followed through on everything and at a break neck speed. He had the house cleaned, painted, staged and ready for the first open house within 2 weeks and after that open house we already had a offer from a fully qualified buyer, something i couldn't get after 3 months with another agent. We were able to negotiate a little bit and ended up closing 27 days later. If you are fed up with the talk, lack of response or just need someone who earns every Penney or that commission they get, then I highly recommend you give Mark a call.
