A very friendly and professional realtor. Fast communicator and the most important thing is that he closed the deal on a house we wanted super fast! If you have the chance to choose Karan as a realtor you will have no regrets. We had lots of questions as we were first time homebuyers but he was really patient and answered all of them. He was also very knowledgeable of the area and the surrounding real estate market. The last thing is that he has lots of helpful connections. He works closely with loan officers, and the one he got us assigned with was also super helpful, personable, and also a fast communicator. Which made the whole process of buying a home very easy for my wife and I.
