Richard Zapata

Rich Zapata is the Owner and Lead Listing agent for the Search7Cities Real Estate Group. Raised in a big family in New York City, he earned his Bachelor's Degree In Communications and Master's Degree in Sports Management. He started his journey in the sales and business world in 2007 before deciding to join the Navy and serving 10 years on active duty. He has been deployed 4 times and is very dedicated to helping serve his fellow military veterans and their families. Real Estate piqued his interest in 2013 after purchasing his first condo investment property using his VA loan benefit and he fell in love with the industry ever since.
