Ronnie was amazing to work with! We were new to the area and were looking to rent. She took the time to work with us and listened to exactly what we needed. I appreciated her attention to detail and all the time she gave us in this busy market. I never felt like we were rushed or a burden. She will be the first call I make when we are ready to buy. Ryan was a pleasure to work with during the entire process! Ryan remained patient through a very difficult process dealing with two property owners to get the sale accomplished and the house closed on. Eternally grateful to Ryan for pushing us to the goal line. He exceeded my expectations!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience working with Vicki Charles, she is simply the best. I never felt forced to accept offers on the sell of my townhouse or the purchase of my new home. She capably handled both the sell and purchase, making it less stressful. On the selling side, from the beautiful pictures she and her Team took of my home to the professional way it was listed helped me get multiple offers, over asking price and under contract in the first 24-hours. Vicki was always on my side working to make the sell simple and successful. On the purchase side, when I finally found the "one" it turned out to be a long (3-month) escrow, Vicki walked me through every step of the negotiation and while it was an unconventional purchase it worked out and I thank Vicki for that every day! The best part about working with Vicki, she is more focused on answering questions and giving good advice on buying / selling than she is on closing a deal. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personable, ethical, professional realtor who treats you like you’re her only client. This was the second purchase and second sell I used Vicki for and while I hope to never move again, I’d use her again in a heartbeat!!!

Marissa Lobont helped me purchase my new home. She made it super easy to understand the process being as it was my first time buying a house. She really went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone and everyone.
