Levi Stubbs

Levi Stubbs is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, a licensed Florida real estate broker and the owner of Green Star Realty, Inc. Serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk Counties, with a strong track record in Valrico, Brandon, Lithia, Riverview, FishHawk Ranch, Plant City, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel and St. Petersburg. Over the course of his career, Levi has helped over 1,000 families and clients buy and sell homes. Levi began his real estate career in 2008, in the middle of the financial collapse — not exactly the easiest time to enter the industry. For the first five years, he built his foundation selling hundreds of foreclosure and short-sale homes, learning to navigate difficult negotiations with lien holders, HOAs, and even the IRS. That early trial-by-fire shaped the way he approaches every transaction today: with patience, persistence, and a refusal to let a deal fall apart over something that can be solved.
