My name is Blake Chanley. My wife, Suzana, and I were having difficulty selling our house in Brandon, Florida. The realtor we had prior to Mr. Stubbs had been unsuccessful for over 6 months. However, when Mr. Stubbs stepped in, we were able to sell our house in about 2 months! He had professional pictures taken, gave us good advice on how to present our property, etc. He was exceedingly professional, efficient and effective. I appreciated the way he balanced the need to press us to do certain things we were resistant to with the respect that should be shown to an individual's free will. Maureen was a phenomenal realtor to work with while I was buying my home. She was always very proactive in sending me listings and keeping me on top of assigned tasks and was available and responsive anytime I had questions. She knows the Tampa area and market very well and understood where to look based on my needs. She also was very connected with many reputable people in the housing industry who offered thorough services and less inexpensive than anywhere else I looked. Not to mention she also saved me money during closing by negotiating with other realtors. Lastly, Maureen is very professional and easy going which made the whole process very smooth. I'm recommending Maureen to my family, friends and anyone reading this review!

Aweful experience! This man does not hustle, does nothing actually. He does not know who’s in your home, at your property, when things are scheduled! You will have people milling around with out an agent! He will not head off issues, take care of problems , nor have his own clients view your property. From pricing to closing is a nightmare! I’m actually spent the morning contacting the title company, buyers loan rep, closer and the buyers agent, my agent like usual has no clue nor inclusion by his own neglect.

My husband and I met Anthony at an open house that was meant to help us get our footing on where we wanted to put down roots for our family. We lucked out big time. It took us a bit to fully invest ourselves in the process, Anthony kept in touch and helped navigate us through Lakeland, Valrico, and some of Brandon. When we finally decided to put in an offer, Anthony held our hand (as we were first time homebuyers) and made sure everything went smoothly and seamlessly, even after two hurricanes. It was a whirlwind and we couldn’t have done it with anyone else!
