I tip my hat to Kelly! He went above and beyond our expectations! Anything he could do to help my elderly mother (while I was an hour away) he did! Even helping her when she fell at her home! Pleasure working with both he and Kilene as well! Much appreciated! Closing was smooth and we received more at closing than expected!

Kelly wasn't our original realtor we actually met him by chance at an open house. He had such a great personality and was easy to understand, that we decided to actually sign up with him as our realtor. I was not familiar with the Tampa Bay market and as a Disabled Veteran it was really helpful to have Kelly on our side. He helped us narrow down our search based on what was important to us. The home we choose was in great shape however as soon as he noticed an 18 year old original roof, he requested the seller to change it. Kelly wouldn't take no for an answer and the seller changed the roof, which was what we wanted, It's true we closed fast within 6 weeks. Kelly went above and beyond and was very patient through the entire process. Thank you Kelly!!!
