Jennifer swooped in and made a bad situation good. We had made the mistake of not doing our homework before hiring an agent to sell our house. After being listed for a month with hardly any activity we found Jennifer, 4 days later our house was pending. Once we hired Jennifer, we ended up listing the house for more than we anticipated. We had 9 showings in the first week and had the house sold within 9 days. We are very happy with Jennifer's attention and communication as well as her expertise in the area for pricing. The entire Process was hassle free and I would definitely recommend her to others needing to buy or sell in the Fishhawk area.
