Debra Valdes

Greg and Debra are licensed Realtors® who specialize in representing their clients in the purchase and sale of residential property as well as commercial. They call this area home because of all that it offers! Greg was born and raised in Tampa and spent his entire school career attending Tampa schools. Greg graduated from the University of South Florida and recently retired from St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue where he served our community as a First Responder - Firefighter. When not working, his passion is golf! Debra has lived in the Valrico, Lithia, and Tampa area since moving from Rhode Island in 1998. Debra has worked as a Corporate Trainer prior to her full-time career as a Realtor®. She has been recognized as a Leader amongst her peers and is currently building The Valdes Team while maintaining record-breaking sales. Debra has an average of 60 transactions annually as a solo Realtor® while mentoring a team of Realtors®.
