Greg graduated from the University of South Florida and recently retired from St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue where he served our community as a First Responder - Firefighter. Whitney came highly recommended and she very quickly showed why,she made the entire process so simple and easy, any questions were answered quickly, im still in disbelief on how smoothly everything went ,I can honestly say Whitney knows exactly what to do, I am so unbelievably happy that I chose her.

If you want a dedicated realtor who will think outside the box and who is so dedicated to helping your deal close she will even send messengers/notaries into a maximum security prison to get the buyer of your home's secret/undisclosed to their lender's locked-up spouse to sign the closing paperwork - Whitney is the one for you!!! "Above and Beyond" does not even cover her efforts. Once we closed, she even gave my kitties their own house warming gifts.

Working with Debra to sell my stepmother's home was amazing. She was very hands-on and responsive with any questions I had throughout the process. Debra was extremely knowledgeable, and she worked diligently with the buyer's realtor to negotiate several areas and obtain a signed contract very quickly. She was involved from the beginning to the end, and I would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking to buy or sell around the Tampa Bay area.

We were selling my parents’ home on their behalf. Debra understood the situation and was both patient and understanding throughout the process. She helped with getting contractors to do minor repairs (we live out of state) and kept us informed of all feedback from showings. I would highly recommend Debra to anyone selling in Sun City Center and surrounding areas!

Debra is the best. Debra was very detailed and knowledgeable on how to prepare a house for sale and her evaluation was on point. Debra is so efficient when it comes to attention to detail. Debra was amazing calling us with feedback after a showing. Debra is super friendly. We had the best experience dealing with Debra. This is the second time working with her. I will recommend Debra to our friends and family.
