They call this area home because of all that it offers! Greg was born and raised in Tampa and spent his entire school career attending Tampa schools. Greg graduated from the University of South Florida and recently retired from St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue where he served our community as a First Responder - Firefighter. There are not enough good things to say about Deb as a person, as a realtor, as a wealth of knowledge and a sounding board. She holds high standards and keeps you on track and updated with everything from posting your sale sign to a sweet gift at closing and all things in between. Our home had 2 full price offers in ONE DAY AFTER LISTING! Her description and photos made me want to buy it again. Lol she also navigated between us and the buyers with quick responses and precision making the purchase of our new home flawless. What could have been really stressful, Deb, ensured was easy. She was amazing! Not much more to say….. choose Deb!

This is my 5th time working with Debra on my real estate needs and she is phenomenal. We had several items arise on the sell of our house but Debra handled them all. A few items happened while we were out of town but she stepped right in without hesitation or even being asked. Her expertise is unmatched!
