Greg and Debra are licensed Realtors® who specialize in representing their clients in the purchase and sale of residential property as well as commercial. They call this area home because of all that it offers! Greg was born and raised in Tampa and spent his entire school career attending Tampa schools. Greg graduated from the University of South Florida and recently retired from St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue where he served our community as a First Responder - Firefighter. Working with Debra to sell my stepmother's home was amazing. She was very hands-on and responsive with any questions I had throughout the process. Debra was extremely knowledgeable, and she worked diligently with the buyer's realtor to negotiate several areas and obtain a signed contract very quickly. She was involved from the beginning to the end, and I would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking to buy or sell around the Tampa Bay area.

We were selling my parents’ home on their behalf. Debra understood the situation and was both patient and understanding throughout the process. She helped with getting contractors to do minor repairs (we live out of state) and kept us informed of all feedback from showings. I would highly recommend Debra to anyone selling in Sun City Center and surrounding areas!

Debra is the best. Debra was very detailed and knowledgeable on how to prepare a house for sale and her evaluation was on point. Debra is so efficient when it comes to attention to detail. Debra was amazing calling us with feedback after a showing. Debra is super friendly. We had the best experience dealing with Debra. This is the second time working with her. I will recommend Debra to our friends and family.

My husband and I hired Debra after having to fire a realtor. This made Debra‘s job much harder, but she came in cleaned up the other realtors mess and had us with an offer in less than 30 days. Our house was not easy house due to the first bad posting. So before hiring a realtor, my best suggestion would be do your research. I can say firsthand Debra was the absolute best and we would refer her every time. Someone ask for our advice on a realtor. She was very quick to answer all of our questions, our phone calls, and any emails that we sent. She communicate communicated with us through every step of the way and made closing day super easy. Our only regret was not hiring her first.

Whitney guided me through out my move to new home, even after contract was signed. Answered my questions and concerns even after closing. She has always protected my interest.
