Daniel did a FANTASTIC job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. He is very knowledgeable about the area and found us exactly what we requested. I highly recommend Daniel. He was so easy to work with and kept us on track at all times. What a great experience having Daniel on your side. I definitely appreciate all of his hard work and expertise. Usually the home purchase process is very scary however Daniel makes it so easy. Daniel has become a dead friend through this process. Thanks again for all your help!!

Debra helped me with the purchase of my wife and I's new home. It was a difficult move coming from California to Florida and when I contacted her back in August, she was sending me homes right away that fit our criteria to get a better sense of what works for us. Once we verified we were coming to Florida for a vacation, she scheduled all of the viewings and had a break down of each day and what homes we would see (both new construction and resale). On our last day of looking at homes, we found the perfect size house and decieded to go for it. It was a new construction home and Debra was there every step of the process. From communicating with the builders and having an open line of communication during most hours of the day for us. We had some issues arise towards the end of the building, but Debra made sure we were taken care of by asking all of the right questions we wouldn't of thought to ask. Safe to say, the whole process felt a lot easier thanks to Debra. What came from just potentially buying a home and seeing how it would look for us turned into being homeowners. I highly recommend Debra to anybody in need of an amazing Realtor who cares about her clients! I am glad we reached out to her and her team.
