Both Emily and Eric were absolutely fabulous to work with from buying to selling. Emily worked extremely hard for us. From helping us find our perfect house, to negotiating, helping with inspections/setting things up so our close was perfect. The whole process was seamless thanks to her knowledge and expertise. Eric walked in day one with so much knowledge, helped us secure a fair price for our home, and again made the process a breeze (which says so much in such a stressful time in our lives). I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell. I don’t think we’d be where we are at today if we didn’t have them by our side.

Eric did a wonderful job with the sale of my house. The first time we talked, I was impressed with how intently he listened to, and focused on my concerns. Seemingly never in a hurry, he took the time to educate me about all things I needed to understand throughout the process, no matter how simple, or how complex.
