Both Emily and Eric were absolutely fabulous to work with from buying to selling. Emily worked extremely hard for us. From helping us find our perfect house, to negotiating, helping with inspections/setting things up so our close was perfect. The whole process was seamless thanks to her knowledge and expertise. Eric walked in day one with so much knowledge, helped us secure a fair price for our home, and again made the process a breeze (which says so much in such a stressful time in our lives). I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell. I don’t think we’d be where we are at today if we didn’t have them by our side.

Eric did a wonderful job with the sale of my house. The first time we talked, I was impressed with how intently he listened to, and focused on my concerns. Seemingly never in a hurry, he took the time to educate me about all things I needed to understand throughout the process, no matter how simple, or how complex. He consistently spoke to me, never at me. It was the type of collaboration that I'd hoped to find, and I offer, again, my thanks!

Melissa made the whole home buying process much easier and less stressful. She found us a home in our dream area and negotiated well to get us a fair price and credit for some needed repairs on the house. She was always reachable for our questions, and was all around a great resource to have on our team.

I do not give five star reviews often but Eric and his team are so stellar at what they do I have to let the world know. Eric worked tirelessly and often on weekends to help my wife and I find our place in Lake Norman. He was extremely responsive and great at managing the negotiation and closing process. I highly recommend Eric and his team.
