Susan and her assistant, Beth, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were both extremely knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. Susan was even able to recommend painters and other workers to further facilitate the move into our new home. She and Beth truly cared, and understood our needs and concerns; they “looked out for” us in this regard during negotiations with the seller and the lender. Susan was highly recommended to us by a family member—and now my wife and I would also definitely highly recommend her anyone relocating to NC or to NC residents moving within the state. She has many years of experience and is a consummate professional.

Susan and Beth did an amazing job! Being on the buying side in this crazy market usually equates to a painful process, but not in my case. Susan was timely when my dream home came up in the "coming soon" and jumped on the opportunity to speak direct & honest with the seller's agent to plead our case and we got it! We couldn't be happier. Even with the deal done, Susan and Beth continue to communicate with me and answering any of the questions I have. I would HIGHLY recommend Susan and her team if you are looking for a top-notch experience!

Susan did an exceptional job representing us for both the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She has an open, honest, and no nonsense approach, while always advocating for our best interests. She was the utmost professional throughout our journey with an exceptional business acumen and attention to detail. Susan was a great agent. During the whole process of selling our house, Susan was with us every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, well-connected, honest and very thorough in the whole process from start to end. I would not hesitate recommending her.

We moved to Charlotte from the northern Virginia area. Susan showed us houses in different neighborhoods to help us determine the Lake Norman area we would like best. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable. Once we found a house she quickly directed us through the process to get a contract in a very competitive market. She continued to be attentive through the home inspection to work through issues found. We enjoyed working with her and would do so again.
