This isnt a review for Matt but it's for a member of his team. I recently had a very disappointing experience with realtor Britt Hembree. She brought clients to view a property that was significantly beyond their budget, and then attempted to submit an unreasonably low offer to the sellers without providing any compelling rationale for a price reduction. Her conduct during negotiations was concerning; she engaged in lengthy arguments with the listing agent and pressed for the sellers’ lowest acceptable price, which raises questions about her negotiating tactics. This approach ultimately made the sellers less inclined to work with her. Furthermore, Britt recommended that the sellers either lower their asking price or undertake cosmetic updates, such as wallpaper removal and painting, which seemed unprofessional and unrealistic. Overall, I found her to be inexperienced and lacking in professionalism. If you are looking for a knowledgeable realtor who possesses a realistic understanding of the market, I would advise against working with Britt Hembree.

We were very lucky to have Angela Kirsch as our agent. Since we were in another state, it could have been a difficult process but Angela made it easy. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very calm and patient. She was always available if we had a question or needed assistance. We always knew we could depend on her to keep everything on track. Angela is an awesome real estate agent and we feel fortunate to have worked with her and Danielle Federico who was very helpful during the closing process.

I had an amazing experience working with Matt and Monia. They were professional, attentive, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. My husband and I are just closing in on a month in our new home and we are constantly just so thankful for Gayle and Monia at The Sarver Group for all of the work they did to help us get our first home. We know there was so much going on behind the scenes, but the process was so smooth for us. We didn’t have to think twice about anything, they were on top of all the details and very knowledgeable on the intricacies of the home buying process.
