Angela is the best, plain and simple. Looking for a house can be stressful, even more so when you’re looking for one in another state. That’s where I found myself with my move from Illinois to North Carolina. Luckily for me I found Angela. She made the whole process much less daunting. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my wants and my “like to haves”. She knew me so well, that she could tell the instant we walked into a house whether I was interested and before long she also knew when I was lying to myself, like when I said I would be okay with a house that needed updates…which I later realized I wasn’t. She has great instincts. Angela was always very patient with me (and I’m the indecisive type so that’s not easy), always available when I was in town to look at houses, would do virtual viewings of houses to avoid unnecessary trips, and of course her knowledge of the area is great. Whenever I needed something, like a house inspector, an insurance agent, an interior designer, etc., she was there instantly with a contact and they were all great to work with. Once I found my new home, Angela and Joanny (the closing coordinator) were there every step of the way taking care of everything for the closing. It was a pleasure working with Angela and her team, The Sarver Group. If you’re reading this review, you’re either blindly looking for a realtor (like I was) or someone referred Angela to you and you’re seeing what others think. For the blindly looking, stop you found the one you need, for the ones who are checking on a referral, the person was right to refer Angela to you. Patient, flexible, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, available, … are just a few words that come to mind when describing Jereme! Debi is wonderful!! We were connected to Debi while in MD looking for a home here in NC. Through out the whole process she kept us at ease and supported our uneducated newbie questions. Was patient and extremely knowledgeable of the area and things to consider that we would not have known about. Communication was just right and helped in monitoring the home while we were still in MD. I could not recommend her more highly and encourage anyone reading this to contact her for your new home search!!

I had a wonderful experince working with Debi. She went above and beyond to ensure that we found everything we were looking for. She was knowledge of the area and made the transition of moving from NY to NC easier. She is very kind and stayed on top of everything to ensure a quick close.
