Ginny was AMAZING! I was nervous selling my house in such an unpredictable market but Ginny was able to get my home under contract within 3 days of hitting the market. Ginny’s hard work speaks for itself but on top of that she is very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. As a young homeowner, it was important to me that my agent explain things clearly to me and be transparent and honest throughout the process since this was my first home sale. Ginny is a genuine person and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Ginny to anyone and will use her for all my future real estate needs!

Ginny was amazing. She was a true professional through the whole process. Great communication (such a rare event these days!), always answers her phone, and most importanly if she says she is going to do something - consider it done, and done well! I can't say enough great things about how Ginny made the selling of our house as smooth as possible. She goes above and beyond!

Working with Ginny makes a stressful event so easy. She always goes above and beyond and makes the selling and buying process seamless, stress free and more importantly successful. She is easily available ALL hours (I'm positive she doesn't sleep) to answer questions, provide updates or offer advice. Or just listen! She knows how to get the job done!!
