Working with Ginny makes a stressful event so easy. She always goes above and beyond and makes the selling and buying process seamless, stress free and more importantly successful. She is easily available ALL hours (I'm positive she doesn't sleep) to answer questions, provide updates or offer advice. Or just listen! She knows how to get the job done!! We had our second sale with Ginny and it was even more effortless for us than the first!

It was a pleasure working with Ginny Barker on our April 2025 real estate transaction in North Carolina and I recommend her and her firm / team. We were the Buyers in this transaction. Ginny strived to represent our best interests, while also being highly professional in her interactions with the other party. Our transaction involved the added complexity of us not being North Carolina residents. Ginny was an effective communicator, and was able to navigate us through the transaction and provide us the resources we needed (inspections, etc.) without having the benefit of being able to work together in person. Our transaction presented additional complexities since we were not North Carolina residents, but Ginny handled these challenges seamlessly. She was an effective communicator, guiding us through the process with expertise and providing valuable resources—such as inspections and local contacts—despite the logistical hurdles of not being able to meet in person. We have worked with Ginny Barker and Lisa French at Keller Williams in Mooresville for a couple of years now. We just closed on our second real estate deal with them. Hands down the best team we have ever worked with. Ginny spent many days setting up tours and driving us to all the properties while helping us evaluate the pros/cons of each one. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism are second to none. She guided us through the transaction keeping us informed on every step. Communication was impressive, consistently dropping us updates and always available for a question. Lisa took care of all the inspections, utilities, closing documents and details that we were clueless about.
