This latest transaction was our tenth home, so we have had vast experience with different realtors all over the country. When we decided to move to Charlotte Ginny was recommended by a personal friend. She was fantastic!! She was always prepared with homes in areas we were interested in. She was involved in the process the entire way, organized, professional and always well prepared. We have worked with Ginny and her team on two purchases and one sale. For the sale of our home, Ginny came prepared with comps and knowledge of the marketplace. We sold our home for top dollar. Each transaction where Ginny was involved went smoothly with no surprises thanks to Ginny and her team. I would highly recommend Ginny and Team Barker !!!

Just purchased a lot on Lake Norman with Ginny Barker and her Team with Keller Williams Realty. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home or land in the area. We started working with Ginny a couple of years ago when we decided to plan a move from the Midwest to North Carolina. Ginny was very patient with us and every time we were in town she would take her entire day to drive us around to explore the area and show us houses and lots for sale. She even put on her old shoes and walked wooded lots with us to let us get a feel for the property. We just closed on a lake lot and Ginny did a great job negotiating the deal and she and her team(Lisa French) made the closing a pleasant experience. They coordinated all the legal docs, inspections, permits etc. that we needed and made it very smooth for us. They are a great group that we would highly recommend. Thank you Ginny and Lisa!
