Ginny is the definition of "above and beyond." She made the first time home buyer experience a breeze. Her consistent and timely communication helped me through all the unknowns. She exceeds in not only her knowledge of the home buying process but also the areas in which we were looking. She also comes equipped with outstanding relationships with any other teams you could need (loan management, inspection, attorney, etc.). I would recommend Ginny to anyone looking, but especially to people new to the area or first time home buyers.

Ginny was AMAZING! I was nervous selling my house in such an unpredictable market but Ginny was able to get my home under contract within 3 days of hitting the market. Ginny’s hard work speaks for itself but on top of that she is very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. As a young homeowner, it was important to me that my agent explain things clearly to me and be transparent and honest throughout the process since this was my first home sale. Ginny was amazing. She was a true professional through the whole process. Great communication (such a rare event these days!), always answers her phone, and most importanly if she says she is going to do something - consider it done, and done well!
