Working with Ginny makes a stressful event so easy. She always goes above and beyond and makes the selling and buying process seamless, stress free and more importantly successful. She is easily available ALL hours (I'm positive she doesn't sleep) to answer questions, provide updates or offer advice. Or just listen! She knows how to get the job done!! We had our second sale with Ginny and it was even more effortless for us than the first!

It was a pleasure working with Ginny Barker on our April 2025 real estate transaction in North Carolina and I recommend her and her firm / team. We were the Buyers in this transaction. Ginny strived to represent our best interests, while also being highly professional in her interactions with the other party. Our transaction involved the added complexity of us not being North Carolina residents. Ginny was an effective communicator, and was able to navigate us through the transaction and provide us the resources we needed (inspections, etc.) without having the benefit of being able to work together in person. Our transaction presented additional complexities since we were not North Carolina residents, but Ginny handled these challenges seamlessly. She was an effective communicator, guiding us through the process with expertise and providing valuable resources—such as inspections and local contacts—despite the logistical hurdles of not being able to meet in person. Ginny’s knowledge, professionalism, and commitment made our experience smooth and successful. We highly recommend her and her firm to anyone seeking a dedicated and skilled real estate professional.

We have worked with Ginny Barker and Lisa French at Keller Williams in Mooresville for a couple of years now. We just closed on our second real estate deal with them. Hands down the best team we have ever worked with. Ginny spent many days setting up tours and driving us to all the properties while helping us evaluate the pros/cons of each one. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism are second to none. She guided us through the transaction keeping us informed on every step. Communication was impressive, consistently dropping us updates and always available for a question. Lisa took care of all the inspections, utilities, closing documents and details that we were clueless about. This Team made the entire process smooth and as stress free as a real estate transaction can be. We would highly recommend using them, you will be well taken care of!

Ginny and her team provided exceptional support from our first meeting to closing. As first-time homebuyers, we needed guidance through every step of the process, and Ginny was always available to answer our questions promptly via call, text, and email. She expertly handled multiple negotiations and coordinated everything for us. Ginny is not only knowledgeable but also personable and kind. I especially appreciated her husband’s involvement during the home inspection, where he provided valuable insights on what to look for along with home maintenance tips. Working with Ginny Barker was truly a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable of the market and what it takes to sell a house quickly. Her and her team were so helpful in guiding us with listing our house and staging to sell fast. Most would say that selling your house is a stressful process but Ginny and her team made it SO EASY. From professional pictures, to staging, to the listing description they take care of it all. Working with Ginny is like working with a family member or someone you have known forever. She truly has your best interest at heart. She helped us buy and sell our very first house and we would highly recommend her to anyone!
