Mike assisted us in buying a home in Frisco. We were not familiar with the area and found Mike to be professional, knowledgeable and competent. He knew the neighborhoods, the schools, shopping areas and all the other factors involved in buying a home. He assisted us in determining our price point and was involved in every part of the purchase process including negotiations and being available if needed at close of escrow. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a home in the Dallas/Frisco area.

Mike is a consummate professional and always went the extra mile with my situation. Mike had sound suggestions about many things that I didn’t consider. I found Mike to be very trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable about the local market and what to look for in houses. I’d go with him again if I needed a new place-which I hope I won’t need.

You cannot find a better and more trustworthy agent than Mike Ray. My fiance and I had understandable nervousness about buying not only our first home, but buying it long distance (Chicago -> Dallas). Mike's honesty, straightforwardness, huge knowledge base + experience made an immediate impact on our very first calls. He was so committed to this process with us, regardless of our inexperience and millions of questions. He was kind, patient, sent us warnings, feedback, videos/photos of homes he drove out to visit for us.... and just told us the real deal each and every single time. I am utterly convinced we avoided a few disasters working with Mike Ray and ultimately found our dream home. He is a treasure and we are so grateful for his help. We were moving from Washington state and met Mike through a friend of ours that had moved to the area. Like most home buyers, we were very critical of finding the exact house and property. Mike was so incredibly patient with us as we walked through many, many homes and was quick to point out issues with the home or property that we had missed. He was truly interested in helping us find the dream home for our new family and we felt very fortunate to have met him. Ultimately, we decided to build and while we were still in the northwest, Mike was there every step of the way. He was our eyes, ears and boots on the ground. He made sure the builders were on track, that our requests were listened to and that all the right decisions were being made. The end result was the perfect home, with every detail and finishing in place. Mike was instrumental in making this all happen for me and my family and I can’t thank him enough for all of his hard work and patience. Highly recommended!
