This team has truly raised the bar when it comes to buying and selling homes. We stumbled upon our amazing realtor, Andrea, at an open house and we are so thankful that we did. We ended up both selling our home and buying a new one with Andrea within one month! In a time that would normally be stressful, she flawlessly executed every move and kept us stress free even with a difficult timeline. Jane is a first rate professional with a first class team supporting her efforts. Our house brought an offer on the opening day, and a second (higher) offer 4 days later which we accepted. The entire communication process and document handling with minor glitches followed a tight schedule with planned closing within 30 days of the opening day showing. Jane and her group of well informed assistants could not have been more efficient and helpful. They led me through the sometimes confusing mass of paperwork. When it came time for the closing they came to me and there was no need for me to go to the title company facility to handle the process. If I ever have the need for a realtor again I will give Jane a call.
