Genuinely concerned for what was best for our family, they helped us through every step of selling our previous house to the purchase of our current one. This, plus their 20+ years of experience in the DFW market makes them my only recommendation to friends and family who are seeking to sell or buy a home. They are the best of the best.

The Daniel team helped my husband and I make our dream come true...who knew they could do it so fast too! Jennifer helped sell our home that we didn't think we would be able to move. It was a nice house in bad schools and backed to a major road. In 3 days we had an offer and a contract in 4. She helped us make our house show ready and we got our asking price. While she was working on selling our home her teammate Julie was finding us the home of our dreams. While we were panicked as we didn't think we would sell so fast Julie took us all over Frisco looking for our new home. She had seen a lot of what was on the market and that made the search easier. She helped us also create an offer that secured our new home. If the Daniel team can't sell your place than you probably haven't listened to their suggestions and if that can't find you a home it doesn't exist.

I have worked with Jennifer multiple times in both selling and buying a home (as has my daughter.) When buying a home, Jennifer listens to what you want and works hard to find it. When looking at a home, she points out concerns or issues that you as a buyer not even notice. She is also good at pointing out potential in a home you may not see. She makes sure you are getting the best for your money. When selling, she guides you through every step of the process, including helping you stage your home to appeal to buyers, pricing it right for maximum profit and continues until you have closed on your home. Her communication is great. She keeps you aware of what is going on every step of the way whether you are buying or selling. I would definitely use her again.

We had one week to purchase a home and then return to our family for Christmas. This didn't shake Jennifer at all. She took the time to show us all we needed to see and we had purchased a house before we got on our flight to go home for the holidays. Thanks Jennifer

It's been almost 16 years since we worked with Jennifer, but she was amazing and we have LOVED our home. Would totally recommend her again and will use her when we become empty nesters one day!
