Daniel was great! I contacted him about a piece of property he that he was the listing agent for. He was completely honest in letting me know there were issues that wouldn’t let us get building permits. So we found another property and as luck would have it, it took 8 months to close on it!! The frustration was unbelievable but Daniel kept me grounded and even negotiated to get some of my closing costs to be covered!! I can’t say enough good things about Daniel!! He is fantastic will go above and beyond for you!!
