Daniel was great! I contacted him about a piece of property he that he was the listing agent for. He was completely honest in letting me know there were issues that wouldn’t let us get building permits. So we found another property and as luck would have it, it took 8 months to close on it!! The frustration was unbelievable but Daniel kept me grounded and even negotiated to get some of my closing costs to be covered!! I can’t say enough good things about Daniel!! He is fantastic will go above and beyond for you!!

Matt was an amazing realtor. This was my first time buying a home and he was great at helping me through the process. We went though a lot of negotiations and Matt was great at helping us get what we want. He was very communicative and available anytime, even on weekends. We had something pop up just before closing and he made sure we stayed on track while also getting what we needed from the seller. Matt made the house buying process easy. He was great to work with and I definitely recommend using him if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

He stuck with me like I was his only client. He made sure I felt like I was important and got to know me. He even made sure to eliminate choices I thought were good based on what he learned about me. Then he stuck with me from bid to close and even pushed the mortgage company to get it done along with me. I’ve met many realtors, but none with his heart in the game like Michael.
