Mike was amazing. We started looking into agents to represent us a year before we put the house on the market. Once we met Mike, we knew he was it! Mike and Ben were so helpful. Like all the other reviews here I can’t say enough good things about working with Mike. I've moved three times in California and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a real estate agent. He gave me great advice about preparing my offer and was an invaluable local resource for a property type and area that was new to me. He was always very thorough, responsive and totally on top of everything, and is also just a very sweet guy who is easy to talk to and nice to be around.

Mike and his son Ben were instrumental in representing my best interests and helping me find the ideal property for the future. Mike is extremely knowledgeable with the Wine and Dairy country areas of North Bay, Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, and Petaluma. He was willing to go above and beyond to help me locate the ideal property even when some of the properties tugged at me more than others, and helped me steer in a direction which meant minimal investment after purchase to conduct repairs and renovations. As a solar owner, he was able to guide me with his expertise with NEM2.0 and 3.0 solar installations and the pitfalls of each. Finally, he dedicated long hours answering my questions as a first time homebuyer and investor in the community, not to mention, articulate in working with the seller agents on a number of prospective properties.
