ken sold in a few weeks lor full price. other listings in same area werent selling. ken works hard to get things done. he is personable and is on top of the market. online presentation of property very well done. any questions he got back asap. am using ken on a property that is coming up. my advice is use ken he is top 1 percent in my opinion

Have had the pleasure of working with Ken 2 times in the last 4 plus years. His knowledge and experience have proved to be invaluable. From purchase, to helping identify workmen, to pricing our house for sale, Ken handles it all! He was spot on to the value of our home for sale, and worked really hard in a down market to help us achieve our sale goals. Our house had unique vale that only a very experienced agent like Ken could communicate to buyers. He is the best I have worked with over 50 years and multiple sales. Highly recommend him!

Ken did an outstanding job for our family. I am the executor of my parents' estate. Following the passing of my parents, my sister still lived in the house and was resisting moving out. Ken worked with her and she is now in her own cute mobile home and loves it. Before we sold my parents' home, Ken was a major help in advising me in how to clear out the house for sale. It sold in a week, above asking price. I'd recommend him highly.

Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the entire home buying process. He answered all of our questions and was always readily available to help. He showed us many houses and ultimately found the perfect one for us. We will definitely use Ken services for any future real estate transactions!
