We came across Adriana by chance, but it was truly meant to be. I had long been interested in buying a home in a desirable neighborhood and when I learned of a house coming up for sale I reached out to the listing agent who connected me with Adriana. Adriana went above and beyond in showing us the property several times, answering many questions about the home and helping us with navigating the bidding process. When our offer was accepted, she then helped rapidly coordinate some work being done before we moved in, to ensure our needs were met. She then effortlessly helped us sell our home and somehow pulled off selling our home with an all cash offer and quick close of escrow. So grateful for Adriana and her team.
