I could not have asked for a more conscientious, caring, discerning realtor than Adriana Buenrostro. I have bought and sold houses numerous times and never have I experienced such white glove treatment as Adriana gave me while looking for and purchasing a house in Santa Rosa. She made every part of the process easy. There was never any pressure to do anything one way or another. She pointed out things she thought I needed to be aware of or concerned about in a potential deal. She listened to my concerns at every turn. She sacrificed her own time when I am sure dinner should have been on the table while she was helping me. She went above the call of duty to help arrange things at the end because I was not in town to do these things myself. I really could not have asked for anything more in a realtor. I could not recommend any realtor more highly than Adriana. Thank you Adriana, ever so much.

Bruno is a phenomenal agent especially for first-time homebuyers. My wife and I had very little knowledge about the process of purchasing a home but he was able to effortlessly walked us through the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive in answering any questions that pops up. Not only would we recommend Bruno, we hope to work with him in the future if we either wanted to sell or buy.

Adam and team helped us sell our elderly parents' property in west Santa Rosa. They jumped right in and worked diligently to ensure it was an amazing experience for my parents, including providing resources to help downsize/sell belongings that were no longer needed! They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very hard working - the perfect combination! We have recommended them to anyone we know in need of an agent in Sonoma County and will continue to do so!

Adam and Sarah were extremely helpful from the beginning. What started with something we wanted to look at (but didn't like) turned into a great list of things that matched our checklist based on their research. We had several options to explore and ultimately made our pick. Adam quickly identified a rare opportunity with a low-rate assumable loan as we looked to make an offer. The details were unique to say the least but we ended up with a buyer seller win win situation that wouldn't have been possible without them. Thank you Adam and Sarah!
