Josh did an outstanding job in helping me obtain this property. I worked with him previously, so I was familiar with his excellent work ethic. This, plus the fact that he was familiar with the area made me choose him over other well qualified agents I new of. He was there every step of the process to assist me in closing on a challenging sale. I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

Sarah was amazing and able to walk us through the entire buying process. She never pressured us and allowed us to take our time to find exactly what we were looking for. Any problem that arose, Sarah was 5 steps ahead with a solution prepped and ready to go. Should we ever need another realtor, we will be calling her!

I could not have asked for a more conscientious, caring, discerning realtor than Adriana Buenrostro. I have bought and sold houses numerous times and never have I experienced such white glove treatment as Adriana gave me while looking for and purchasing a house in Santa Rosa. She made every part of the process easy. There was never any pressure to do anything one way or another. She pointed out things she thought I needed to be aware of or concerned about in a potential deal. She listened to my concerns at every turn. She sacrificed her own time when I am sure dinner should have been on the table while she was helping me. She went above the call of duty to help arrange things at the end because I was not in town to do these things myself. I really could not have asked for anything more in a realtor. I could not recommend any realtor more highly than Adriana. Thank you Adriana, ever so much.

Bruno is a phenomenal agent especially for first-time homebuyers. My wife and I had very little knowledge about the process of purchasing a home but he was able to effortlessly walked us through the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive in answering any questions that pops up. Not only would we recommend Bruno, we hope to work with him in the future if we either wanted to sell or buy.
