Bruno is a phenomenal agent especially for first-time homebuyers. My wife and I had very little knowledge about the process of purchasing a home but he was able to effortlessly walked us through the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive in answering any questions that pops up. Not only would we recommend Bruno, we hope to work with him in the future if we either wanted to sell or buy.

Adam and team helped us sell our elderly parents' property in west Santa Rosa. They jumped right in and worked diligently to ensure it was an amazing experience for my parents, including providing resources to help downsize/sell belongings that were no longer needed! They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very hard working - the perfect combination! Adam and Sarah were extremely helpful from the beginning. What started with something we wanted to look at (but didn't like) turned into a great list of things that matched our checklist based on their research. We had several options to explore and ultimately made our pick. Adam quickly identified a rare opportunity with a low-rate assumable loan as we looked to make an offer. The details were unique to say the least but we ended up with a buyer seller win win situation that wouldn't have been possible without them. Thank you Adam and Sarah! We really lucked out when we allowed Zillow, on a whim, to assign Josh as our agent. We were impressed by the listing and wanted to see it right away, as we were only in town for the day. By 4:00 PM, he had worked with the seller's agent and arranging a showing. We were able to see some comps within a couple of days and put in an offer within a week. Josh was amazingly helpful throughout the process. He really knows his stuff, was easy to work with and absolutely 100 responsive to our needs. I recommend him without any reservation and would use him again in the (unlikely) event we needed an agent in the future.
