Daniel expertly helped our family go through a very difficult sale. After the sudden passing of my father Daniel was able to sell his home within a manner of weeks! He listened to our concerns and handled this very emotional situation with care and respect. He facilitated all necessary repairs and clean-up while also advocating for us, as sellers, when we reached the point of listing "as-is". He actively sought out offers. Once an offer was accepted he kept us updated throughout the entire process. I never had to hunt him down or request information, he was always there. I would fully recommend Daniel as an agent for both buyers and sellers!
