Daniel expertly helped our family go through a very difficult sale. After the sudden passing of my father Daniel was able to sell his home within a manner of weeks! He listened to our concerns and handled this very emotional situation with care and respect. He facilitated all necessary repairs and clean-up while also advocating for us, as sellers, when we reached the point of listing "as-is". He actively sought out offers. Once an offer was accepted he kept us updated throughout the entire process. I never had to hunt him down or request information, he was always there. I would fully recommend Daniel as an agent for both buyers and sellers!

We are so grateful for Daniel’s expertise and support with helping us sell our Mom’s home!! He has a significant amount of experience in the industry with numerous essential contacts. He expertly evaluated the house and helped us determine what repairs should be completed before putting the house on the market in order to make the home more attractive to potential buyers. He assisted with the research and coordination of the repairs which eased a lot of stress. Daniel’s role was more like a partner throughout the entire process; he was extremely reliable, supportive, and patient. He communicated clearly and checked in with us often.
