Chris did a great job assisting me on the buyer side of a condo purchase and while representing the seller, she was just as repsonsive as one would want. And looked out for me in the process as well. I would highly recommend using her! If she didn't know the answer she would research it or request one.

When our family needed to relocate for a job out of state, Chris came to our rescue and was able to sell our home (above asking price) in a matter of weeks. She walked us through every step of the process while running interference the entire time to make the home selling process less stressful. She took care of every detail once we moved out of state to ensure the sale went off without a hitch even in our absence. All of the contractors Chris has a relationship with were dependable, communicative, and did great work, which made things so much easier for us. Chris only brings the highest quality people onto her team so her clients can rest easy.
