Matt is a business-minded, experienced and strategic real estate agent. He is incredibly responsive, was a pleasure to work with, and his local knowledge is top-notch. He recognizes the emotion that goes in to buying and selling homes, but most of all is an incredible resource for transactional parts of this process. He is well-connected and was also able to share great referrals for all the ancillary supports that we needed (mortgage broker, inspections, contractors, etc). I honestly don't think we would own our new home were it not for Matt, and am grateful we crossed paths and were able to work together. I strongly recommend Matt for any real estate needs in the greater Pasadena area!

As first time home buyers, Matt made the home buying process feel smooth and easy. We came to him with a home already in mind, and he helped us make an offer that was accepted despite not being the highest offer! We didn't even know where to start based on our unique situation, but he put us in contact with a trusted team for the financial process, and together they made all the parts align as they needed to. He's now helping my mom to sell her condo! I would highly recommend working with him to anyone. I appreciated his transparent and honest guidance. He didn't over promise on anything, and helped us to have realistic expectations.

At the recommendation of a long-time friend who is a long-time client of Matt’s, we turned to him for the sale of a family member’s house. It’s the first house we’ve ever sold, so finding an agent we could trust was very important. He patiently walked us through the sometimes-complex processes, expectations, and potential complications both logistical and financial. We worked together with him and his team to repair, renovate, and stage the home and landscaping to make the best impression and gain the best sale price. Working with Matt was such a great experience. He helped sell my home in Pasadena and the house had some weird stuff we discovered through the process, but he continued to work really hard to find the right people for it and never gave up. He was a great partner the whole time, really communicative and always willing to put in the extra mile, and always getting new people interested in the house.
