At the recommendation of a long-time friend who is a long-time client of Matt’s, we turned to him for the sale of a family member’s house. Working with Matt was such a great experience. He helped sell my home in Pasadena and the house had some weird stuff we discovered through the process, but he continued to work really hard to find the right people for it and never gave up. He was a great partner the whole time, really communicative and always willing to put in the extra mile, and always getting new people interested in the house.
